Pamela Campagna is the principal of BLUE SAGE Consulting, Inc., a business management and marketing consultancy. Her 25+ year professional background covers a broad range of engagements and positions in technology, professional services and business-to-consumer organizations. Pam has worked with multiple client teams in different corporate, industry, and competitive settings with the goal of understanding their markets, analyzing their opportunities, and developing and implementing integrated and workable solutions.

Her background in business management, marketing, operations and strategy crosses a number of industries, including technology, professional services and business-to-consumer organizations, where Pamela has held a variety of positions. Operational roles have included director of sales operations for a hundred million dollar software business, vice president of marketing for a startup medical safety device manufacturer and head of marketing for a business unit of one of the world’s leading networking companies. Pam is a natural communicator and facilitator who projects an approachable and insightful disposition. An effective change agent, she has unique skills in building consensus, managing resistance and getting the job done.

She has also taught and facilitated graduate and undergraduate course in marketing, sales management, business and communications, international marketing, and project management in various corporate and educational settings, including Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, Northeastern University, and Boston University.

Educated at SUNY Albany and The American University in Washington, DC, Pamela holds a BA in French and Music and an MBA in International Business.
