#1: Interim CEO
PROJECT:
Functioned as the CEO of this non-profit, responsible for membership, conference planning, vendor relations, daily operations and financial management.
RESULT:
A complete infrastructure was implemented – complete with measurements and reporting.
#2: Comprehensive Marketing Campaign
This ongoing project consisted of:
- A marketing and communications campaign for clients
- Formally defining product requirements for existing products
- Completely reworking the company's website to describe their e-services.
RESULT:
The company successfully launched new products on time and within budget, resulting in a 20% increase in revenue.
#3: Agency Review and Evaluation
PROJECT:
Acting as the interim leader of several marketing teams, we conducted agency reviews for public relations firms and graphic design/branding companies.
RESULT:
Each client was able to outsource that review process to us, which saved them time and increased their margins.
#4: Collateral Development
PROJECT:
Collaborated with client's marketing and marketing communications teams to deliver ongoing marketing programs and promotions. Those unique and strategic programs included user stories and more effective article placement.
RESULT:
Generated a complete set of marketing collateral materials and supporting programs for the company's new line of products - on time and well within budget.
#5: Skill Set & Staffing Recommendations
PROJECT:
Based on skill set inventory assessments of the client's current staff, we developed recommendations for general staffing requirements. We also provided position descriptions and organizational development plans for the newly formed organization.
RESULT:
The hiring and staffing plan was completed within the target timeframe and within budget. The staffing recommendations were accepted and subsequently implemented by our client.
