With our Consultant-on-Call programs, our clients reduce the overhead associated with a full time marketing or operations staff. Instead, we focus on a specific need, project or activity over a fixed time period. Our clients get full-time access to part-time experts.

What types of projects do you usually take on?

Often, a BLUE SAGE client "has an idea" that is struggling to turn into a concept, or "has a problem" whose nature is unknown. We apply a multi-step process to identify the problem or issue, define what's required to address it, build a work plan and carry it out. A typical project for us is one that involves marketing, operations, strategic planning and management. We deliver maximum value by understanding the relationships and rippling impact that a problem and its solutions have across parts of an organization, and into the marketplace. We know we’ve succeeded when you don’t need us anymore!

What is your fee structure?

A:
Since the value that we deliver is customized for every project, our fees depend upon the scope, duration, and complexity of the project. A fixed project fee is estimated for each engagement based on an initial assessment of the scope and complexity of the problem or opportunity we are working on. A typical client engagement is completed in one to six months, although our Consultant-on-Call relationships extend over many months.
